One has to consider the laws, as "hiding" implies that one shall break the laws. In most of countries, one has to make an affidavit not to own anything, and make false affidavits may be a criminal act.
It is better to protect than to hide. Protection can be done through entities holding the assets. One may move from the position of owning something to controlling something. The motto is control everything, own nothing. That is how Rockefeller was doing.
Move your assets to entities invisible to creditors. Move your income flows to entities, and not to you. Do not take dividends. Work with partners who may block your payments upon creditor's attack.
